Governing Law and Other Miscellaneous Terms

This agreement and your use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. By using our services, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Massachusetts and, by doing so, you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

In the event that any part or provision of this agreement is found to be illegal or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such findings shall not affect its remaining parts, portions or provisions.
